Gymnastics on the beach
Morning exercise is a great way to quickly wake up and improve your well-being. A well-composed workout adds energy, improves body awareness and accelerates metabolism. Just a few minutes of morning exercise outdoors is enough to get in a good mood for the whole day. And our beach at this time of day is the perfect place.
Nothing wakes you up better than moving to the sound of waves and the smell of the sea breeze.
Classes last 30 minutes.
