The amount of the voucher covers the services provided by our hotel. Depending on the selected offer, it may be a stay in our hotel or use of additional attractions such as wellness treatments or a session in the salt cave....
When making a reservation, please note that it does not include spa fee for the city of Swinoujscie and parking fee.
CONDITIONS OF GIFT VOUCHER PURCHASE
- The person authorized to use the voucher is the purchaser of the voucher or the person designated by the purchaser for whom the voucher was purchased.
- The condition for using the voucher is prior reservation of the service at a mutually convenient time (according to availability at Hotel Polaris) - in three different ways via our website or by email: recepcja@hotelpolaris.pl or by phone: + 48 91 321 54 12
- At the time of use, the voucher must be presented and left at the reception desk of Hotel Polaris.
- If the amount indicated on the voucher is not fully used, the holder is not entitled to a refund of the unused amount.
- The voucher is not exchangeable for a monetary equivalent.
- The voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Reservation of a service based on a voucher is not subject to cost-free cancellation or rescheduling.
